Fees vary for different services. Please call so we can discuss a fee schedule that works best for you. We accept payment for services in the form of insurance reimbursements or out-of-pocket payments. We are currently paneled with Anthem, BC/BS, UHC, UMR, Aetna, Cigna and Medical Mutual.
We ask that you pay your deductible, co-pay, co-insurance or out-of-pocket fee at the time of service by cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AMEX.
