Hi, I’m Eric.

I began my rewarding work as a counselor in 2002 and have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor since 2005. I attended Wright State University and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1999 and my Master’s Degree in Counseling in 2002, during which many of my projects, papers, and presentations focused on sexual issues and sexuality, couples and relationships. My main goal in working with clients is to assist them with reducing and resolving barriers to their happiness and success in life. I have experience working with teenagers, adults and couples. I use Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Person Centered approaches to counseling, and have a wide range of experience working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, and stress. I am LGBTQ affirming. Based on my graduate work, I am very passionate about assisting individuals who may be experiencing sexual issues in their personal lives and relationships. This has led me to advanced training in sex therapy and a pursuit of certification. Balance is important to a person’s overall well-being, so I use a holistic approach as well, to ensure clients are looking at all aspects of their lives to achieve their personal best.
